Great for workout and cross training.
Great shoes for cross training or weight lifting. I did a lot of research and it was everything it was described and was made out to be. Very happy with them. I am very particular about my shoes. Do your homework but so think these will meet you needs if you looking for a pair training shoes. Note: these are not running shoes for long runs.

Comfortable and still holding up after months of use
I bought these in October because I needed one pair of shoes that could handle boxing, jump rope, lifting, running, and regular gym workouts. I’ve worn them consistently since then, and they’ve held up better than I expected. They’re comfortable enough for longer training sessions, but the sole is still firm and stable when I’m lifting or moving side to side. The size fit me as expected, and my feet stay secure without feeling squeezed. The materials feel high quality, the grip is still solid, and I haven’t had any issues with the sole separating or the shoe losing its shape. The black color also still looks good even after months of use. For how versatile and durable they’ve been, I’d say they’re definitely worth the money.
