Weird
I haven't used it too much yet but I have found that on some foods it does seem sweet and on other foods it seems to have no effect at all. Kind of weird. Overall I don't think I'm too crazy about it.

Lowest glycemic index
Healthiest sugar substitute and not clumpy. Price not bad and worth it.

I didn't get the sweet substitute I was looking for.
Not really a sugar substitute. Added to coffee, there is very little difference to the taste.

Perfect for Drinks!
This allulose sweetener appears to be of great quality, and I love having it as an alternative to other sweeteners. It has a clean, natural taste without the weird aftertaste that some sugar substitutes have. Unlike other sweeteners, allulose is very low in calories and doesn’t spike blood sugar, making it a great option for keto and low-carb diets. It dissolves well in coffee, tea, and other beverages, and I also love using it for toppings like yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal. While allulose is fantastic for sweetening drinks and cold foods, it’s not the best for high-heat cooking and baking. It has a lower burn temperature than most other sweeteners, so if you’re using it for baking, you may need to adjust your recipes accordingly. That said, it still works well in low-heat recipes and no-bake desserts, making it a versatile option. It’s also great for making homemade syrups, sauces, and dressings since it blends so easily. This is a high-quality allulose sweetener, and I’ll definitely continue using it. It’s a great choice for those looking for a sugar alternative without any strange aftertaste. While it’s not the best for high-heat baking, it’s fantastic for drinks, toppings, and no-bake recipes. If you’re looking for a clean, natural-tasting sweetener, this is a great one to try!

Right amount of sweetness so far
I used this allulose sweetener in a baking recipe for protein bars that specifically called for allulose. I used less than the recipe called for as I wanted to avoid getting an overly sweet end result. Plus, allulose can cause some gastrointestinal discomfort in people, and I surely did not want that to be me! Overall, it added a good amount of sweetness that in my opinion is better tasting than stevia. I don’t know how it will perform in baked goods that normally need sugar to become crispy, like cookies. It will probably work well in banana bread/muffin type recipes, but you may have to experiment with the conversion ratio. I didn’t notice an aftertaste. The fine texture made it easy to blend with the other ingredients. I have not compared this as a one to one sugar replacement in drinks as I only use sugar when baking.

No unpleasant aftertaste
First of all, as you read this, keep in mind that I am a sugar lover. Nothing ever takes the place of regular old cane sugar for me. Lots of things can be used as sweetener, but most leave an unpleasant aftertaste. This Espure Allulose Sweetener did not leave that taste. Was it as sweet as regular sugar? No, but it says up front that it is 70-80%, and I think that is about right. And the flavor was very similar to sugar. Plus, this is plant based and friendly toward a variety of diets. And that is what I am using it for. I am trying to lose a few pounds by cutting back on sugars. This will certainly make a nice substitute in my beverages and foods while I diet.

Great sugar subsititue
This allulose sweetener is a great tasting, naturally derived white cane sugar substitute I had never heard of that tastes pretty close to the real thing. I don't use a lot of white sugar in my diet, but I do like some in my coffee and some baked goods, and this is a great no calorie substitute that still tastes pretty close to the real deal. I also like that it has a low glycemic response so I don't feel like I want to crash after consuming it. I personally did not experience any gastrointestinal stress from using it but there is a warning on the bag in case you are sensitive to that sort of thing. I would definitely buy more of this in the future.
