It is difficult to locate a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary (already) in a grotto setting. Usually, one must purchase the statue of St. Mary and the grotto separately. So, this is an uncommon statue in that regard. The pastel coloring of the statue lends itself to springtime or Eastertide holidays. Other reviewers have mentioned the lovely face on the Mother of God and I agree. There is a serenity to this statue. I think the price of this statue is fair considering the size at 18 inches.

Absolutely beautiful. It is 18" high as described and doesn't look cheap at all. It could be displayed in the home or the garden. I love the Grotto and Mary is depicted beautifully. Very pleased and you will be too.
