I own three of these and gave a fourth as a gift. I don’t refrigerate them; I keep my home at about 63, and the gel is always very cold at that exposure. I own three because they stay cool for about 20 minutes—I keep them in my bedside table. Nothing works as well as vasoconstriction, compression, and nerve conduction for a migraine. These are the best, most well made and comfortable ones I’ve tried. This cap, and a dark room, are better than my prescription migraine medications. They work better and faster than either drug for me. I am using one now, so I thought I’d share my experience in hopes that it might help someone else. Apologies for the video, like I said, I’m having an attack. I think you can see how thick and heavy these are in the video. I cannot recommend them more. I suggest buying two or three of your suffer from migraines as often as I do. They’re very affordable, and you could not possibly be disappointed in the quality.

Amazing! I suffer from frequent headaches and small migraines from weather/environmental changes. Though I’m not allergic to anything I was told my sinuses are “easily inflamed” which lead me to buy this cold cap; and now I’m completely addicted to it. It relieves my sinus headaches instantly, tames sudden migraines, and feels sooo good with the gentle pressure. It’s super soft, thick, and your head just feels like the inside of a cold sandwhich. I’m so happy with this product I’m going to buy a couple more! Be careful if you are sensitive to cold at all when it comes out of the freezer it is very cold.

It met the specifications, it is super thick and longer, it works for larger heads, it also covers the eyes and the cold lasts a lot, the quality is very good.

This was recommended to me by a fellow migraine sufferer. It’s hard to find products that help with the pain, but are also super easy to access when the pain strikes. This cap is great - it provides the right amount of pressure, is very cold, and such soft material. It stays on and it lasts about 30 minutes.

I wouldn’t know what to do without this ice cap. It provides gentle pressure that helps with my headaches and the cold temp isn’t unbearable coming directly out of the freezer. The only thing I wished was different is that it held the cold temp for longer, as it does loose the intensity pretty quickly and I need to pop it back in the freezer.

I ordered this for my periomenopausal headaches and have been using it every night for sleep. I love the thickness of the mask, the quality of the product, and appreciate the cooling feature which covers the back of the head too. My sleep is terrible right now so any improvement makes a big difference and this product has definitely helped me sleep a little better. I am grateful!

I am a migraineur of 20-plus years. Cool definitely helps ease a migraine and this works great. Plus, because it fits snugly — not too tight— and goes all the way down over your eyes (the notch in front is for your nose) it gets ALL the places a migraine affects. Most recently, on a migraine day, I was coming to the end but the headache was lingering. Pulled this out of the fridge and it brought the headache to an end. It is very well made and I expect to be using it for some time to come….Although I would love for the migraines to end so I didn’t need it!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I get immense migraines; this most recent one began this past Sunday and continues to this day. What helped the most is combative relief between my migraine medications, as well as utilizing the migraine relief cap! As soon as the package arrived (late at night), my husband went downstairs in a hurry to retrieve it for me. The migraine cap was already cold due to the packaging, and within a few minutes, I noticed a difference, and I cried. The migraine cap worked significantly faster than the original migraine cap I had. The cap is easy to put on and easy to use. The cap does not slide off your head; it goes all the way around the head. The cap provided relief not only in my eyes (I had recently experienced an ocular migraine), but it also provided relief from the pain that I had been experiencing for days on my head. The size of the cap fits my head well and the material is stretchy.
