This a basic wooden mala necklace that can be used for meditation, healing or to display positive vibes. It is strong because it is knotted between each bead -- many in this price range are not. And it is real wood -- not plastic. Quite satisfied with the look and wearability. This is replacing an older one that came undone when I pulled it over my head and the elastic band on that one stretched too far -- that won't happen with this one. I will by more products from this vendor!

Overall good and you can wear it but it’s difficult do perform japa as beads are smaller size and I wish if those are little bit bigger size.
