This product is excellent. I gained 10 pounds using it, but it’s better than other milk-based products.

It has the calories, carbs and protein I need. The taste is not so great, you have to master the art of putting it down without tasting it and don’t smell it. You will need a large shaker bottle to fit the 24oz of water or whatever you will mix it with. After you mix it, let it sit for a few minutes to work the clumps out (taste better) if you look at it while clumpy and smell it you may have a bad day. I can deal with the taste and smell, I just want the results. You have been warned lol.
