I take at night before I go to bed the hot flashes have stopped and I sleep through the night. Helps with immune system I havent been sick since I started them.

My children love these great way to make sure there getting all there vitamins and minerals. I used to give them the minerals individually but this is way easier for them to take.

The taste is ok , not to much like medicine or chalky . They all were stuck together which made it difficult to get out . I’ve only been taking them twice every morning for a few days so I’m not sure if they’re effective just yet.
