Excelentes gomitas, las recomiendo ampliamente. Te ayudan a conciliar el sueño en aprox media hora en mi caso, y a veces el efecto me dura hasta por dos días, por lo cuál no se me acaban pronto. Su efecto es suave y te causan relajación naturalmente, así hasta que solito te vas quedando dormido. El sabor muy rico, no son adictivas.

Al inicio una sola gomita me bastó para conciliar el sueño, después de unos días necesité de dos pero el efecto es indiscutible. Lo recomiendo muchísimo para las personas que como yo, no podemos dormir de manera inmediata.
