Will be purchasing this regularly. My sleep has improved after just a couple of weeks and I feel more energised. It is really easy to take as part of my evening routine and as a bonus it also tastes great. I will not be returning to tablet form.

This product is really a game changer for one's health. You only need a teaspoon a day, so it really goes a long way, and lasts for ages. You can take it before bedtime, to help you sleep, or take in the morning for general health. It has a very pleasant taste too, and really worls, being absorobed in the blood stream faster, in this liposomal form. This really needs to be more widely known, so more people can gain the health benefits it gives one and all.

Not great tasting at all, kids don't like it and refused to drink. I tasted it and I'm not surprised, nothing in comparison to calpol etc

My son has difficulty falling asleep since he was 3yo. I have done mostly bedtime routine but nothing has ever worked. Hence we needed something that will help him from getting a good night sleep. I would like to say that I like this product because it’s liposomal which I can say that the best way of absorbing the magnesium into my sons body. Im giving it every 4-5pm to start calming him down for getting ready to bed but if he is not too impulsive Im giving it to him 1hour before bedtime instead. This is indeed working a lot for him as he sleeps straight through the night already so this product met my expectations. As compared to similar products I know on the market, this is so far the best I have tried as others doesn’t work much with him, also since this is liquid form its easy for me to adjust the dosage when needed unlike magnesium in tablet or gummy forms where it’s difficult to get accurate dosage when they are half or crushed. My sons have been using it for 6 months now and I can say that the only issue he had is sometimes he had loose stool when his body is still adjusting and getting used to the right dosage for his body weight. Kids are happy to take it. Smells nice not tasted myself. It really does help them go off to sleep quickly. Good for the additional benefits too.

I like the quality, the size of it its great. Its just thta a bit pricey but ive been purchasing it for the 3th time. It does helps my kids. Currently buyng from a different site less cheaper. But i will buy again from this store in future. Good quality. Safety packages. Prime price available. I find also the adult version we currently buyng both.

Tastes terrible, caused terrible acid reflux - will not buy again and will be pouring it down the drain and buying glorification magnesium again!
