It was an ordeal, getting the Oxygen tank filled by Airgas. I had to make a special account, then I finally could get the tank filled but it took over 3 months to get it back! Meanwhile, I honestly don't know if I never got the base of the tank cart or somehow it got misplaced (very likely). I reached out to Direct Aid Health, expecting to just order a cart base replacement, but they offered to ship another one out...at no cost! I received a new cart the very next week. Over the top customer service!

Terrible product. The costumer service even called it a scam and said Amazon should not sell this item. Please remove this. Do not buy.

Item arrived early, was in great condition. Only thing was that if you live in certain states make sure you can get your tank filled. I ordered and found out that no medical supply dealer would fill the tank for me which was a bummer. So before you buy one make sure that you can get it filled. Had to return due to non fill-able.

The oxygen tank arrived promptly, was securely packaged and arrived in pristine condition. I did not realize that per FDA regulations, the oxygen tank would arrive empty and I would have to fill it on my own with a doctor's prescription. However, I reached out to the seller via text and they promptly sent me the info of a local oxygen supplier nearby, which helped alleviate the research on my side. I appreciate their quick response and helpfulness and would recommend this seller to anyone who needs this life saving item.
