Really was surprised how just 2 tablet's around 9 am help's me drive so much more focus and not going from task to task. I was on ADHD medicine for 30 years but now I'm 65 Dr took me off Adderall 20 mgs. because of my heart rate so I am very happy I found this product. Nothing is a magic pill. I never write review's I read them all to make my decision to purchase several supplements I don't have $ to just burn. While I wouldn’t suggest it to completely replace prescription medication, I had recently stopped taking Adderall and I was on the STRUGGLE BUS. I gave this a shot to try to ease the issues and it absolutely helps! I’m able to focus a bit more and longer. Although it doesn’t “cure” that problem, it certainly makes me actually work on one thing and not move through 4 rooms doing ten things at a time and I get things done. (Ie. It may have been hyper focus but I put a bedframe together start to finish on my own over 5 hours without needing distraction.) It helps me stay awake without ramping me up AS LONG AS I ONLY TAKE ONE. Taking the suggested dose of 2 I absolutely feel shaky and ramped up. Take one, wait an hour or so and see how you feel before taking another. No stomach upset. Not so easy to swallow and sort of large. A coating would help this but very few supplements in pill form have it. Just take a large gulp of water. Taste- eh. It’s a supplement. You don’t taste much unless you don’t get it down the first time and even then it’s not bad. Great quality and value. I’m not auto ordering every 60 days. It doesn’t replace prescription meds, but it certainly does help. I’d imagine if I took it with prescriptions it would give it a great boost.

Honestly, I am really pleased with how well I feel taking this. I get overwhelmed easily especially if my routine is thrown off but when I take this, I can accomplish tasks without thinking about it. For example, when doing dishes, I normally think "start with the glasses and then do silverware and then dishes and bowls" but when I take this, I just.... do it. No step by step instructions that stress me out just simply accomplishing the task. My general anxiety that plagues me every day is strongly alleviated it and I can exist without my brain going bazerk! The only thing that caught me off guard is that it suppresses my appetite but that's okay because I need to lose weight. I also am not a fan of the size of the pill and find it a little difficult to swallow, but the pros outweigh this minor inconvenience.

have been taking for a few months, and there is something about these that makes choking much more frequent. I just threw away a half bottle because I have had it. my suspicion is that on most tablets there is a thin coating that keeps it from dissolving immediately and getting “sticky” in the throat. this tablet immediately starts eroding - no matter the technique. if you want to risk it, full mouth of water, insert pill, drink more water - that probably cuts down choking to once per week. the fact that they have skimped on the tablet construction leads me to have obvious wonders about the quality of their ingredients and the company’s dedication to quality. I have swallowed horse pills since me my very first solgar vm 75 when I was a kid. I have no issues swallowing, and am tall and in shape. to me if I have this much trouble with only one of my daily vitamins - it’s not me. I should also mention the creatine capsules I use are of equal size and I don’t have issues. i’m done and can’t recommend.

I was really hoping that this would help my focus and memory but I just can't continue taking it. I took two with a meal as the instructions call for and it leaves me feeling out of sorts. I'm not sure how to describe it exactly, but I just don't feel fully coherent. Almost like Ive felt in the past when Ive taken dayquil. I also tried taking one with breakfast and one with lunch, same problem. *updated to say that the seller saw my review and reached out to sincerely apologize, then they gave me a full refund

I tried this supplement because I was hoping it would help with focus, memory, and mental clarity. It was easy enough to take, but personally I did not notice much of a difference while using it. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, so it may work differently for others, but for me there was no noticeable change in focus or alertness. Overall, it was just okay based on my experience.
