Great little book with activities to help get your mind in the right place. Bought 2 of these. One for my sister and one for a friend who are both struggling with self esteem and confidence. This is great value for money a convenient size for carrying with you. It has a lovely appearance and is easy to read. Some activities are a real challenge to make you think positively.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m really enjoying this little book. Every day is different from the previous day and it only takes a couple of minutes to fill out but it’s definitely helping me shift to a more positive mindset. It feels quite low commitment too which is great for building a new habit, as it only last for 30 days. I also like that I can use a (quite dry) fountain pen and the ink doesn’t feather.

The colours are cute and the idea of having exercises to do daily to improve mindset is a great idea. Only let down was I didn’t think it would be so small but other than that the product is great

It is a very tiny journal. I assumed it was A5 but its much smaller. It also doesn't state the size in the product description.
