**Q: how tall does the plant grow**
A: Mine didn't grow at all died right away and they didn't return my money

A: It took about 2 years from the time the little plant was received fromAmazon. Bananas only produce fruit once and then they die, but each plant produces “pups” (suckers) which will replace the mother plant.

**Q: I have a plantain grove behind my house- does the blue java have to be planted far from that? Will the Blues be tainted by the plantains?**
A: No Ice cream is a hybrid and won’t be fertilized by the plantain

**Q: Does the fruit really taste like ice cream?**
A: Is this the type of banana plant that I can move indoors and Outdoors I get really good light and I have a growing lamp that I use in the winter I live in North Carolina so we get all four seasons but right now and for the last couple of summers are humidity has been that of the tropics or like living in Florida so I want to know is this particular the ice cream been in a plant is that good for that type of environment
