Seems ok, hard to say so far.

Sadly after 2 days I have discontinued as it gave me a leaky bowel. This may be a coincidence but I'm not continuing with it. It may work really well for some but it's not for me. It does say that it may upset your stomach when reading the information leaflet.

I’ve been taking NMN for a month, and I can say the quality of this product is outstanding. The capsules are well-dosed at 500 mg, and the effects are noticeable. My energy levels are steady, and I feel more productive. Definitely worth every penny!
