I purchased this ironing board after being disappointed with my purchase from a high street retailer. I decided to spend the money and it was the best decision ever. The board is sturdy and doesn't wobble. It holds a steam generator iron comfortably. The plate where the iron sits slides in and out making it easier to store. The board itself is pretty wide too. A must buy if you like to iron.

I love this. Width great, height adjustable amazing, sturdy stand for the iron. At first it was stuck inside and took two of us either end to pull out but worth it. Great purchase. Only gripe, water collects underneath so you’ll have to keep wiping it at the end of use or risk a shower when putting away! 😆

Sturdily made board that feels planted to the floor during use with no squeaking. The frame is finished in an epoxy textured paint that is more durable than most. The iron rest/tray can be partially retracted beneath the board. Infinitely variable in height between its min and max points to ensure back ache is kept in check. Well fitted fabric cover hides an all metal thick gauge mesh surface beneath it. The Laurastar seems to stand out above most as a quality made, albeit mundane, item. My previous Laurastar ironing board saw 20+ years punishment and has started to show some signs of wear. This Comfort board should prove to be a wise purchase, allowing you to focus on getting that pile of wrinkled fabrics out of the way when teamed up with a good steam generator iron. Would be even better if they made an 'active' variant of this, with a built in extractor or blower fan and steam collector, to make ironing that little bit easier. Écoutez Laurastar?

a bit on the expensive side but worth the money sturdy easy to use!

I find it hard to believe that the people who design, and make these things have ever used one. Most people use steam irons so the water builds up and drips on the floor, apart from covering the floor first with towels, you are left with pools of water to clear up. But my biggest grouch is how flimsy they are, the top is never solid it always bends, and I have tried loads. I do my own ironing, I imagine most ex- forces do, you have to get it right, my wife does her own says I am too fussy, ha if there are creases there, then there should be one, not two or three, but I digress, I have yet to find a Board I am satisfied with, and I am running out of time, hey ho, time for a nap.

J’ai commandé cet article une première fois mais j’ai été très déçu de son état l’arrivée : aucune protection pour le transport, la table est arrivée emballée sous vide avec le pied cassé. Il n’était pas possible de la faire tenir. Après un retour programmé et un nouvel envoi de la part d’Amazon, j’ai enfin reçu l’article tant désiré! Et cette fois-ci il y avait bien un grand carton pour protéger la table à repasser qui est arrivée intact!!!! Merci!! La table est stable, de bonne facture et la couverture également. Le support de la station vapeur est robuste. Bon rapport qualité prix à mon sens avec la promotion en cours :)

Una tabla lo suficientemente grande como para planchar sin volverte loco y muy llegará de transportar.

Cette table est agréable à la prise en main. Elle peut monter assez haut ce qui est pratique pour les personnes un peu grandes, et tient bien sur ses appuis mêmeavec une centrale vapeur lourde. Le rack (qui se déroule) pour le fer a un peu résisté les premières fois qu'il a fallu le déplier. Globalement assez large et haute, elle rentre tout juste dans l'armoire donc c'est cool. L'épaisseur du tissu est top et rend le repassage plus agréable et efficace. Livré correctement, emballée dans du plastique transparent (on voit le produit au travers).
