Keeps me healthy! What can I say, I eat hempseed meal almost every day. I’ll sprinkle it on a chopped fruit salad or mix it in to my regular oatmeal and nuts and fruit breakfast. It’s filling and it gives me energy. Here’s what I did to lose weight a few years ago: I diced a medium carrot an apple and a half a raw beet. I added half a cup of yogurt and then half a cup (heaping) of hemp seed meal. I ate this for breakfast. I took off weight and I’ve been able to keep it off . I feel satisfied and have energy past my regular lunchtime. It makes your innards work “regular“. It helps to clean me out and get me going. I’m 60+ and I don’t have any prescription medication I’m taking. My new doctor says I test really well (I outlived my old doctor). Is it DNA or diet? Who knows, all I know is if I stop this diet choice I start to feel lousy. You could also try making a big leafy salad with a lot of greens, vegetables, onions and mushrooms. Toss on another half cup of Hempseed meal and you’re getting a bunch of good phytochemicals nutrients vitamins proteins and fats. Your body’s gonna think you are starting to like it again. It taste good and it’s good for you even if you just grab a spoonful quick with a glass of juice your body’s gonna think you ate something good. It has a nutty flavor and the product has great value pricewise for what I get out of it.

What can I say but great things!!! Ohhhh my fresh, vaccumed sealed and makes Amazing Hemp Seed Butter. Price is fantastic! Storing in freezer till I need it. It's hard to find hemp butter where I live but one day found some far from where I live and I was hooked!! Since then I can't find hemp butter anywhere I decided to make my own. Love it. Will continue to order from this company. I will add it to my subscribe and save when I'm almost done with this bag. I looked up the Company and it seems they are good people with big hearts and want to help humanity. That's a win, win for me. The hemp seeds taste fresh and blend well and the color is beautiful. I bought these last year and compared them with a more expensive brand and couldn't tell the difference. They are very tasty and we love them in our smoothies. Great value and non-gmo, no additives, etc. Very good quality.

Love these for their omega fatty acid & high protein content. The package lasts about 6 months of regular use. As vegetarians, we put them on (and in) everything. This brand always tastes fresh and buttery. And the price point is spot on!

I've been hearing a lot about hemp seed hearts and their nutritional benefits, and thought I would try them. I originally purchased a bag from a big box mart store, but was less than impressed with the chia seed taste without being chia seeds. I'm quite particular about certain things that I purchase, and fresh foods are one of them. I love that these are grown in Canada, with no additives , preservatives or pesticides. They look fresh, but more importantly, they taste fresh! I've eaten them on top of soups, salads, eggs and burritos. They have a negligible taste, so it doesn't distract from whatever I'm eating. I like the fact that I am getting a good source of protein and fiber, along with other nutritional benefits, every time I use this. I think this is an absolutely excellent value for the 5# bag, and will put this on subscribe and save when this bag gets low. RECOMMENDED!

This is a good value for fresh hulled hemp seeds. The bag is vacuum sealed to maintain freshness, once you open it then you may want to refrigerate the bag. The seeds taste fresh and the price compares very well with other bulk hemp seed bags that are sold online. This is a very nutritious food that you can include in a variety of recipes, while I actually like just eating some of the seeds plain by themselves.

Taste is great! I made an awesome salad using the hempseed. The nutty fresh taste is awesome! I bought ten pounds because I love to have extra available. I use them up pretty quick anyways. Recipe for my delicious salad: 3.5 table spoon hempseeds 1 tbsp chai seeds 6 mini Sweet peppers Fresh Red Cabbage Pineapple 1/4 cup 1/2 cup quinoa (cooked) 1 green apple chopped 2 tbs poppy seed dressing (low calorie) I cooked the quinoa with a tbsp MCT oil, & a bit of my home made spices to taste. When boiled, I let it cool before mixing all together. This was so delicious and filling. I look forward to my plant based meals after intermittent fasting daily. This hempseed seller will be my go to from now on. So fresh and tasty. I only gave 4 stars because I paid for overnight shipping but it came a day later. Packaging is great too.
