Love it, absolute game changer! I live in a Brooklyn apartment and our increasingly hot, increasingly long summers are HUMID (did you know NYC was zoned as subtropical in 2020??). While I do run two A/Cs, it really wasn't even enough. The dehumidifier has significantly improved my indoor air quality (I work from home). It's easy to use and easy to empty out. It stops running when the container is full, no problems at all with it leaking or overflowing. It's also compact and sits flush against a wall without being an eyesore. Worth the investment for me!

This is a hard-working dehumidifier. Pulls the water out of the air and fills up sometimes within just a couple days. It's an amazing machine. We've never had a problem with it. It works every day. We don't have it in a bedroom so the sound does not bother us. It came with a simple but good booklet with directions. It's well worth the money.

I BOUGHT THIS DEHUMIDIFIER FOR MULTIPLE REASONS. LIVING IN FLORIDA WHERE WE DEAL WITH HIGH TEMPS AND HIGHER HUMIDITY, ITS AN ESSENTIAL APPLIANCE. I ALSO HAVE AN HVAC UNIT THAT IS SLIGHTLY OVERSIZED AND I HAVE DUCTWORK DAMAGE DUE TO A RIPOFF CONTRACTOR DOING A POOR AND DISASTROUS INSTALLATION. MY AIR IS OUT OF BALANCE AND WHEN YOU ADD THAT TO A SLIGHTLY OVERSIZED SYSTEM, ITS A RECIPE FOR PROBLEMS. IM DOING A TOTAL REDO OF MY DUCTWORK IN NOVEMBER WHEN TEMPS ARE SUITABLE FOR INSTALLERS TO SPEND A DAY IN THE ATTIC. THIS DEHUMIDIFIER ALMOST IMMEDIATELY GOT MY SYSTEM WORKING MUCH MORE EFFICIENTLY AND IT NOW MAINTAINS A COMFORTABLE TEMP AND QUALITY AIR ENVIRONMENT. I WOULD RATE IT HIGHER IF I COULD. VERY EASY SETUP OTHER THAN PER THE INSTRUCTIONS, YOU MUST WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE POWERING THE UNIT UP DUE TO POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THAT CAN ARISE FROM HOW THE SHIPPER HANDLES THE PRODUCT DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS. I HAVE ORDERED A DRAIN HOSE TO FIT ON THE BACK OF THE UNIT SO I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT EMPTYING THE CONDENSATION BUCKET. FORTUNATELY I HAVE A FLOOR DRAIN LOCTED INSIDE OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM RIGHT BEHIND WHERE THE UNIT SITS. AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH USING AI TRYING TO FIND THE BEST SOLUTION OR PREVENTATIVE MEASURES TO MITIGATE POTENTIAL ISSUES WITH MY HVAC SYSTEM, I THOUGHT IT WOULD WORK BEST LOCATING IT CLOSE TO THE RETURN AIR VENT. ITS AMAZING, MY HVAC IS RUNNING SO MUCH SMOOTHER, THE INSIDE AIR IS NOT CLAMMY AND THE HVAC IS CYCLING MUCH BETTER. ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES OF THIS DEHUMIDIFIER IS IT CAN BE CONTROLLED VIA WIFI AND AN APP. SUPER EASY SET UP AND NOW I CAN CONTROL AND MONITOR THE UNIT AND HUMIDITY LEVELS WHEN IM AWAY FROM HOME. THE BEST NEWS RIGHT NOW IS MY WIFE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS THING!

Nice to look at. Easy to move around. Very quiet. Hose drainage works great. THAT'S a good thing since collection tank is TINY! Setting up Wifi is total frustration. Setup app leads you in endless circles with completion never in sight. I was an IT Manager for 34 yrs so not like I haven't setup Wifi in the past.

Like many I purchased based on the high reviews. I put this in service April 2025 and it worked great. Fast forward to mid June 2025. Unit regularly freezes but will defrost. Room temperature at 70 degrees and unit condensates little water. Measuring the units output at best it can only achieve a dew point of 51 degrees. So either the compressor is failing or refrigerant is leaking. So much for 5 star reviews. I would not recommend.
