After having my old Kenmore washer and dryer that lasted 18 good years, I decided to start searching for a new combo. Unfortunately, Kenmore has stopped their production. I started searching all other brands for over a year and was not happy with any of them. I was considering GE profile which it was the most recommended one. I'm glad I didn't make that big mistake. I'm extremely happy with this pair of work horses I got from Kenmore. Well built, it's strong and made of high quality components. Love that it let's you know exactly how many minutes the cycle will last. I already washed 4 very stained and dirty winter coats in it and they came out spotless clean!!! The tub is good size for a big loads, including quilts. Noise level is very low. Easy to use and allows you to customize your settings. I highly recommend this product. I know it will last me another good 15+ years, and that's enough for me. Worth every penny!!!

I love this washing machine. I purchased it about 2 months ago, and it has performed extremely well. I also love the fact that it has multiple settings for my diverse requirements. I am 70 years old and I installed it by myself. One thing to be aware of. Remove the back panel and remove the shipping plastic struts that hold the spinning Barrel in place. It is not difficult. Just read the instructions and follow them.

I received the item in June/25. I finally hooked it up in October(new build). On the first load I heard a terrible racket in the laundry room, rushed in and my Kenmore washer was literally walking across the floor! After doing a few trouble shooting recommendations I noticed a dent below the door that I never noticed because it looked like part of the design. Anyway, almost 3 weeks later and after numerous calls and email nothing has been done to have it repaired or replaced. I will report back if the issue is resolved but I'm close to buying another machine and never purchasing anything through Amazon or Kenmore again.

This might sound funny, but laundry is a breeze with this Kenmore, the functionality is a walk in park and no more issues with uneven loads , thank you for a wonderful product

It's a great washer but I wouldn't recommend it if you live in a mobile home or manufacturer home. It's definitely built for a solid foundation. Shakes our floor during spin cycle

Amazon delivery driver just put it in our front yard. We were home. They didn’t even ring the doorbell. We were going to help them as they were supposed to deliver to our room of choice. Opened it, for it to have a huge dent in it. Other than that, I love the set. Please make sure you read the directions. It has bolts in place inside the washer for shipping. It helps the drum stay in place. If you do not remove those bolts. It will make a big banging noise and will walk across your floor and could damage it. Remember to remove the bolts before use.

As a busy mom, I’m a huge fan of this washer. I am so impressed by the size and the amount of laundry it allows me to do at a time. It also has a “kids wash” setting, which helps tackle the extra grime. My kid’s clothes truly look cleaner than they did with my previous washing machine.
