I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them.
