Great product. Good flavor. Mixes well with anything or just use it straight out of the dropper. Does what it’s supposed to do.

I like the blend of l-carnitine and l-glutimine and A+ on the glass bottle, but whatever chemical they used for flavoring is nasty. It would be good to see a version of this without unnecessary fillers and flavors.

Creatine HCL gave me AWFUL anger/ rage mood swing that started about an hour after taking it and later 4 hours. Terrible experience, especially the first couple of times when I didn't connect the dots. I've been a personal trainer for 18 years and have competed in bodybuilding shows, previously I have always used Creatine monohydrate ( 3g a day with no loading phase ) and have NEVER had any mental health issues with it. I would not recommend this product, the HCL version, and do your research on the negative side effects, there are a lot of people who have experienced the same negative side effects of HCL.
