This TV is okay. But till now, Im unable to get the AI function of this TV. Where is AI? How to access AI functions? Kindly understand that there won't be any authorised demo person coming with your TV to give demonstration. Only installer (a jholer/Chapri type guy) comes to install. Phone number customer service doesn't work at all. I tried tried and gave up. On the remote there’s no MUTE button. This TV has 2 cards inside. As earlier all LED tv used to have only 1 card, including motherboard. The speaker quality is okay, but remember, if you increase volume beyond 50, then speaker will blow, so honestly I didn't like that all. But qLED so best picture quality. I will never buy this TV and will not recommend anyone to get it. NO MUTE BUTTON ON REMOTE. Keep in mind. Finally I got a WhatsApp message from JVC about after sale service. I asked for a remote with Mute button, but they refused and say that other remote is non compatible with this TV. I asked them, are you from JVC? Finally they suggested me to buy an universal remote for Rs 300 to Rs 1000 from 3rd party. Really upset. People plz chk the remote functions before buying any TV. Or you'll suffer like me.

Good picture and good sound, only one thing mic of remote is not working. Compare to price it's very good.

I am so glad to make a review of my new Television, JVC 43 inch AI Vision series QLED TV has, It was quite new brand for my family. I have ordered through Amazon and I've got the timely delivery and installation as well. The TV brand is outstanding in its picture quality and Brightness, audio 60 W Dolby ATMOS Remote control method everything correctly but Mute option is not there, smart function, design and all. Obviously it meets the value of the product, best in class 100% satisfied with the quality. Just go for it. I am loving it.

I received my TV and when I opened it it was Brocken from one side and so the display was also Brocken. I quickly call Amazon and thanks that they understood my concern and provided me quick solution and arrange a return and refund. I don't know why Amazon sell these types of products and allow these types of sellers to sell these wrose products like garbage. I agree with all costumers who ordered this LED and experienced one of the wrose experience.

Works well, but sound and and picture are not up to mark. Procured because of JVC brand name. But it is purely local quality.

Picture quality is super Audio is high but voice quality is not of that standard which this name stands for. Crying high voice but no quality for listening
