EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! I was looking for a good, lightweight, easy to use upright carpet shampooer. My mind was literally blown at the fact that the dirty water tank was filled and shut off at the exact time that the solution ran out. As others mentioned this little machine has powerful suction and when used correctly it picks up all of the water only leaving the carpets slightly damp. Assembly was very quick and easy. Clean up was also quick and easy. Using the machine was as I expected and due to it's small compact size it was perfect for a 5'x7' rug and 8'x11' area rugs. It literally ran out of solution as I was only doing extra cleaning in the busiest area of the rug and was finished anyway! Plan to refill the resevoir if you plan to do a few carpeted rooms, but for me it is ideal! Very pet friendly, the little bit of fur that was picked up by the vacuum prior to cleaning was easily picked up first swipe. Easy to use, very highly recommend for area rugs and smaller spaces!

This machine did a really nice job cleaning our carpet. I was amazed at how much dirt and sand it removed! It’s smaller and light weight easy to pick up and move. It does have to be emptied often but the ease of using it was well worth that little extra time to empty it more often. For the price I paid and the good job it does I would buy it again.

The only other carpet cleaner I’ve ever used was one that was rented from the supermarket, so I don’t really have another to compare with this one. That being said, this thing sucks, literally. This thing cleaned up carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in the 8 years I’ve lived here. (They’ve been vacuumed) I wish I’d taken before and after pics. My wife is a bit messy and tends to spill stuff and then half as* cleans up. This wonderful machine got up everything and the carpet is clean and smells clean. The only thing I can think of that I would have liked is a couple headlights, and a longer cord. Everything is pretty simple and easily done. The solution tank comes off, fills, and goes back on easy. The dirty water tank comes off, drains, and goes back together also easily. Disassembly and cleanup before putting it away, easy too. I didn’t time it, but it seemed to be heated up and ready for use pretty quick. It pushes and pulls smoothly and is pretty light weight for what it is. It looks good and seems to be built well, as I’ve only used it once, I haven’t had time to put it through the toughness test. One of the main things I liked about this one is that it’s listed as being pet friendly. We have 2 cats, so that was a good part of the reason I bought this one. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend this machine. Almost forgot, it was super easy to put together too. Just buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

Area:Really the only major downside, you're not going to get a whole lot of area per tank. Pretty high flow rate for the water, which definitely helps clean, but if you're doing a full room be prepared to refill a few times. Also the vacuum is pretty narrow, so it doesn't cover as much area per pass but it definitely helps with suction.Results:Amazing for pulling up dirt, pet urine, etc. The high water flow and narrow may hurt it a bit in doing full rooms, but if you're trying to get certain spots like high traffic areas or spots from pets, this vacuum does great. Also the noise level isn't too bad either.Cleaning After Use:The front section comes off so it's really easy to rinse off, the tank pops off with 2 latches as well. So far everything seems really easy to clean so it's been a very simple process to reset it to pretty much new.Value:It's pretty small and light, so very portable. One of the cheapest carpet cleaners on the market, but does an amazing job. If you're trying to shampoo your full house on a regular basis, I'd look for something else, but if you need more of a spot cleaner, this is the best value you'll find out there.

I'm very happy with this smaller sized carpet cleaner -- still substantial in weight and power but easier to manuever and maintain. I purchased this machine because I am a dog owner and have three bedrooms with carpeting. Past carpet cleaners were too heavy and large for me. The cleaning water container on this model is easy to remove and fill and the waste water container as well and much easier to rinse out. The two latches on the waste water container are a bit tricky to learn how to open and close but that is minor compared to everything else. I also appreciate being able to remove the brush cover for cleaning purposes. The machine along with the Oxy formula did a great job on my older carpets in both stain removal and odor issues.

I don't usually get excited over cleaning gadgets, but this one absolutely blew me away.Setup was incredibly easy. I honestly didn't even read the instructions—I just put it together. That said, I'm pretty handy, so your experience may vary. Either way, assembly was quick and straightforward.I have two dogs, and this machine had its work cut out for it. The rug I tested is in the highest-traffic area of my house, between the kitchen and dining room. Muddy paws, wet paws, dirt...you name it, this rug has seen it.The moment I started using it, I was impressed. You can actually see the power of the suction, and the amount of dirty water it pulled from my rug was shocking. It cleaned far better than I expected. It's one of those products that instantly makes you think, "Yep, this was worth every penny."Another thing I love is how lightweight it is. Most carpet cleaners are bulky and heavy, but this one is compact, easy to maneuver, and surprisingly powerful. It's definitely a "tiny but mighty" machine.If I had to mention one downside, it's that the clean water tank is on the smaller side, so you'll refill it more often. Honestly, though, I'm completely okay with that because it reminds me just how much cleaning it's actually doing.I'd give this 10 stars if I could. If this machine stopped working tomorrow, I'd buy the exact same one again without hesitation (although I hope it lasts for years!).Run, don't walk—just buy it. I think you'll be extremely happy with it. And if you're struggling to use it, watch the instructional video first. It's a fantastic little machine, and I couldn't recommend it more.

This carpet cleaner is easy to operate, lightweight enough to move from room to room, and does a good job lifting dirt and stains from the carpet. The included Oxy formula worked especially well on pet-related spots and left the carpet looking and smelling noticeably fresher. Cleanup is straightforward, and the machine is compact enough to store without taking up much space. A solid choice for regular home carpet cleaning.

This has saved my sanity after rescuing a cat with litter box avoidance. It’s super easy to put together, fits in my small closet, easy to use. The tank size is decent although if you’re doing a large area you will need to dump the return tank before you’re done, as the max capacity is surprisingly low compared to how big the tank is. I haven’t had any problems with leaking, when I’m done I rinse both tanks and leave the lids off so it doesn’t mold and it works great. Suction is good, apparently my normal vacuum doesn’t pick up cat hair well because this will pull up so much from my carpet, but it’s easy to take the cover off and clean it. I do wish it had a way to detach to clean with a hose, but it’s for carpet not upholstery so I’m not mad. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Can only give this product 4 stars as it comes with a Canada or USA electric plug not a British plug fitting so now have to buy a plug to work it in uk
