It’s good. Definitely gave me energy but the next morning I felt lightheaded and sick to my stomach. I’m not sure if it had anything to do with that but I work a lot and can’t afford to not be at work so I am waiting for a day off to Taurus it again.

Great product! But I cannot abide by the flavor of stevia which is in this solution. I'll be switching to a different product.

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and have absolutely no energy. I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now, and have extremely noticeable improvement. On my days off, I still have very little energy due to the fact that I don’t get up to an alarm and take them. I noticed a little improvement on day 1, but it was very noticeable after 1 week. Missing a day does bring ing down (in my opinion) you really need to be on top of it. That was the biggest/fastest benefit. The other benefit, that took about 2-3 weeks for a noticeable difference (due to my eating habits) is more regular restroom visits, help with digestion. I don’t know about regular people, but if you have celiac disease I would recommend this 8000%.

Take it early, it will give you a LOT of energy for hours! Good stuff!

It doesn’t taste like berry to me, more like a citrus flavor almost orange, even has an orange color. Their other product B12 & B9 only has a very berry flavor and it’s pretty easy to take straight. This one I mix with a little water. It’s not horrible in my opinion but definitely not as palatable as their other products. Even their D3+K is easy to take straight. Other than flavor I just started this one but felt like I had pretty good energy today.

It seems to be what I wanted. It’s difficult to evaluate the quality of supplements. It definitely turns my urine bright yellow though. It was a bit of a change in color for my last urine test.

Best vitamin b ive ever purchased, really noticed the way it gives me more energy that lasts and the way its enhanced my mood, highly recommend this! Already purchased a second bottle for my whole family to take.

The size is appropriate with ingredients that meet for those needing certain needs. If you have MTHFR- I recommend!
