Lightweight, durable, great design, large exterior pocket that accommodates laptops
I've had my Travelpro for several years now and got one for my husband. It's the best carry-on luggage I've owned. What stands out is its light weight, the functional spinning wheels, convenient handles and especially an oversized exterior pocket that can hold a large laptop, making the laptop accessible without having to open the main compartment. In addition, there's a smaller exterior pocket where I put headphones, chargers and other small items I typically need while flying, again without having to open the main compartment. The main compartment is ample and somewhat expandable, allowing me to pack a long weekend's worth of outfits, including a change of shoes. For me, packing for five days in winter would be a stretch, but I could probably pack for a five-day summer trip with this this luggage plus a backpack, thus avoiding having to check any bags on a plane.

Nice and light
Bought it for my wife for Christmas and it was the gift she was most excited about. Very light, looks good, rolls well, etc. Very happy with this purchase.

Worth the Money
I love how light this suitcase is. That was reason #1 for me. The bonus is that it’s so pretty and the color makes it easy to spot on the baggage carousel. It’s small but roomy. I like the various sizes of the outside pockets. I found them very useful for quick access. Lastly, I brought this on a 3-week international trip. This thing took a beating on cobblestones and dragged up and down stairs, tugged, pulled, and thrown on trains and busses, not to mention being overstuffed. The zippers, stitching, wheels, fabric, and handle all passed the abuse without a flinch. This is a well-made product that I am proud to own that will add to my travel enjoyment. Incidentally, my friend had a different well-known brand of luggage that gave her fits the entire trip. I saw first hand how much frustration uncooperative wheels and telescoping handles can cause. Just pay the extra few dollars and eliminate the frustration. It’s sooooo worth it and I believe the quality and durability will pay for itself in the end.

Small lightweight, soft side
This is replacing a hard side bag. Didn’t like the hard side. Haven’t used this yet but it feels lightweight. Has outside pockets which, of course the hard side does not have. the expandable part seems larger at one end due to slant of bag I guess. I haven’t used this yet, but it moves easily, seems sturdy and looks like it will have a good amount of room to pack, especially with the expandable part. it has lots of inner and outer pockets for organization. The zippers seem sturdy. Seems much smaller than the 21 inch Kensington, London fog bag. That was my favorite but the wheels were apparently damaged by the airline and now they don’t make it anymore. I am giving away the 21 in hard side bag I bought and took one trip with. I really don’t like hard side bags. I never had one before but I miss the outside pockets and the give that a soft side bag has. I haven’t used this yet, but I’m hoping it will last as long as my old Kensington London fog bag.! That lasted seven years before the airlines wrecked the wheels. The London fog bag was plaid. This bag is blue – very attractive. Plus, I found that the wheelchair people at the airport who kindly helped me get my bag at baggage claim did not understand what plaid was. So I’m going to take a picture of my bag so they will know what it looks like. Although a solid blue is easier to identify for those not familiar with patterns, and non-English speakers. Happy trails!

Not suitable for extended vacation trips; travelpro will not replace 9 month old frayed suitcase
This suitcase was purchased in May 2024 and then used for 2 multi week vacation trips: one to Alaska/California and one to Southeast Asia. Each trip involved flights and land travel. Travelpro lists the capacity at 91 liters which equals 200 lbs. The suitcase was loaded to 17.5 kg approximately, as weighed at the airports, equalling 38.5 lbs. Packing for both trips was done in cubes, with a few stray items tucked in and around. The damage to the rubber bumpers was first noticed on unpacking from the Asia trip in late January 2024. When I sent these photos to Travelpro they ultimately responded as follows: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing the issue with your suitcase, we would like to clarify that the situation you're describing does not fall under a manufacturing defect. The problem you're experiencing seems to be related to normal wear and tear, which can occur during use. Manufacturing defects are typically issues that arise under normal conditions and affect the overall function or safety of the product. We always recommend taking extra care of your luggage to ensure its longevity. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know." In other words, Travelpro decided to do nothing for me except send me this self-contradictory word salad. I paid $186.99 for this suitcase assuming that I was paying a premium for Travelpro standing behind it's product, which, to my mind, would include replacing any product that showed this amount of unexplained damage after normal use in the first year. I'm profoundly disappointed. I've never had a suitcase show this amount of wear in the first year except maybe for one we bought on the street in an emergency for $25. In fact, I was able to resell the 28 inch Skyway suitcase this suitcase replaced, which was 10 years old and had been on more than a dozen comparable trips, because it was in almost new condition. While this Travelpro suitcase is lightweight and entry level, it nonetheless bears the Travelpro name and clearly is priced well above its actual worth. The Amazon Basics 25 inch suitcase for example is even lighter (6.83 lbs vs. Maxlite 7.3 lbs) and only costs $89.99 making the Basics suitcase seem like the much better bet! Maybe the rubber bumper is not an important feature. But this should not be. Travelpro should have stood behind its product

Super light weight, very easy to move with the 4 way wheels. I think one of the bags was a tiny bit different measurement than the site said, but only by a little, and not enough to cause us issues. Can't comment on durability yet - haven't had a chance to travel with them yet.

Required a new suitcase for my long haul holiday & this didn’t disappoint one bit. Sturdy, easy to pull besides you, as it has four wheels. Loads of extra room & has an extra picket outside & one inside. Definitely recommend this item
