TV is worth to its cost, I was looking for additional TV for my bedroom. Clarity is amazing. However sound is just fine, I could have been better instead of loaud company should focus on vocal clarity not every one is bass enthusiastic.

My TV stopped working after just 8 months of normal use. I expected decent after-sales service, but what I received was one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. Getting through to customer care is a nightmare. I had to spend 2–3 hours on continuous calls and waiting just to speak with an executive. Even after finally connecting, the representative was rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in understanding my issue. Instead of helping, my call was disconnected before my problem was even heard completely. A product can sometimes develop issues that happens with any brand. What truly matters is how the company supports its customers afterward. Unfortunately, VW TV completely failed in that regard. Their after-sales service is extremely disappointing, response time is terrible, and customer support lacks basic professionalism and respect. I regret purchasing this TV and would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. There are many other TV brands in the same price range that offer much better product quality and customer service.

Bhailog mat hi lena bahot hi vahiyaat product hote hai. Meri led 5 month me hi kharaab ho gyi. Aur unke call centers wale call nahi utha rhe hai. Ye email par bhi koi reply nahi ata [email protected]. totally fraud company hai. Speaker bhi 10 din me kharaab ho gya tha wo to return ho gya tha. Ek alg ki fraud chal rha hai amazon par, maine jo experience kiya wo main post kr rha hu 1star dekar, amazon post ko reject kr deta hai. Is tarah ki jabardasti kyu bhai
