Pretty tasty, but nutritionally incomplete and maliciously overpriced.
Even ordered direct from Keto Chow, these shake mixes are too nutritionally incomplete to justify the >$5/serving price. Vitamins and minerals are too low for a meal replacement, and you must supply an additional fat source for caloric balance, recipe / flavor function, and satiety. Further these mixes require and even market additional minerals and supplements.This one was overall pretty tasty, and they do have a reasonably long-lived satisfying of hunger when mixed with heavy cream.
