I'm really enjoying drinking this electrolyte drink because it has helped me improve my workouts and recovery has been wonderful. It literally tastes like salty watermelon, easy to use, it works really well and I highly recommend it.

You cant feel the watermelon taste at all no matter how you make it up, less concentrated or more concentrated..

Each of the 24 sachets are individual, making them handy for having 1 or 2 with you for handy hydration, and I keep some in my gym bag at all times. I'd recommend them. I have one of these every day, as I filter my water using a type of filter that takes absolutely everything out of the water, so these allow me to stay more hydrated by adding back essential electrolytes such as magnesium, potasssium and sodium. Having taken electolytes before you can tell the taste that they are what they are. They are not unpleasant to drink at all, and I have them as an every day drink by adding a sachet to a pint of filtered water. These ones are water melon flavour, although I can't say the taste is that stong. However I do use a full pint glass. They say on the packet; - 400ml = strong taste - 750ml = medium taste - 1,000ml = light taste They recommend 1-2 sachets per day.

Was a regular buyer of this product but just received my new packet and they’ve clearly just changed their recipe - it’s a major downgrade. Very artificial watermelon flavouring without the coconut saltiness. I won’t be buying this anymore unfortunately. It’s a shame.
