So far so good. Great for the price. No need to be a “brand” to be good. Fast laptop. Very light. Nice screen. Works great.

This is a beautiful product. It came fast and was super easy to set up. The battery has a really long life and this will be the perfect computer as I start my masters program. From the reviews that I read, it’s also a great computer for gaming and with the high-speed processor and one terabyte of Memory I am sure that it will do anything that I need to do.

Laptop works great

I’m very happy with my purchase of this laptop. It is lightweight but durable. I’m pleased with the 12GB RAM and 1TB SSD memory as well as the pre installed Office Pro Plus 2024. Set up was fast & had no problem connecting to wifi. It is definitely a good value for the price.

The speaker was not working and sound driver was defective. I was not happy with your product, when you have a new product and was not working is not what I want. I did as I can to solve the problem by re-install windows and drivers and update but nothing worked. also, the product has no ethernet connection which was not mentioned on the website, I can't use it at work because my job allowed only wired internet connection for safety reason . I think the product should be tested before sending out to customers to ensure quality. Amazon give very hard time to return the product, they give 3 locations only to return, 2 locations in another state and the nearest one in a town 20 miles away. It coast me $27.00 tolls and gas and over 2 1/2 hour driving. They refused to allow me to returned to a location a few blocks away from my house. It was very bad experience with the product and Amazon.

The laptop itself was very nice. Image was beautiful. However, it was in a heavy duty case and fell off our couch (while closed and secured in the case). This resulted in the screen cracking and making the laptop unusable. In comparison, I’ve had a laptop for numerous years that has fallen off the same couch, even while open, and the screen is still fine. Obviously we don’t want to have laptops falling, but considering it was closed and secured in a case, you’d think it wouldn’t have gotten so damaged. So just be careful if you buy because it’s super delicate.

The computer is fast, light and meets my needs as a non-gaming computer (household activities). It has a large SSD storage (1Tb) capacity, which retrieves and stores data instantly. MS office runs great even with multiple applications open. Comes with Windows 11 and MS office preloaded. Display is bright and big, although I use a second screen via HDMI cable except when traveling. I knocked off one star because the key board doesn't have a clean crisp feel (it feels cheap) and because the Micro SD card slot is embedded to deep into the case which makes inserting a card and removing a card very very very difficult. Its seems like a great value for the money. I'll update this review is I encounter and problems (I've only had it one day) and once I have a chance to see hold long the battery life is. I expect the N95 processor to be much more efficient (and therefore better battery life), than my Dell i5 (other laptop), which has reasonable battery life depending on the usage.

So I will say this is a brand less laptop. No one makes it no Sony, Acer, Dell no one. As far as I can tell it was made in Hong Kong. Does it work, yes, does it have 1 TB of space, yes, does it have 12 GB of Ram, yes. Does it have all the bells and whistles of let's say a brand name laptop, that would be a no. Does it do the basics of what a brand name laptop does that would be yes, it looks nice and works nice and fast but did it cost anywhere near what a brand name laptop cost, that would be no and that is the key. Works like a much more expensive laptop at a fraction of the cost. I am happy with it so far hopefully it will continue to make me happy but only time will tell.
