Just into the 2nd week of taking these capsules, They have been easy on the stomach and spacing my regular meds like low blood pressure giving 5 hours in between each, I believe it may take at least 4-6 weeks before feeling any benefits from Dr Bergs high potency 7 in one immune support but so far it's good, Easy to swallow and looking forward to seeing improvements in my skin (Exzema) and just overall health from this formula. I just want to add that my blood pressure dropped and I wasn't feeling good, I have actually stopped taking these capsules, Magnessium drops blood pressure so be careful if you are low like me.

Works as advertised

I read that this should be a good thing for your fingernails. I have only started taking it and I have seen an improvement in my nails. Hoping that taking this for a longer period of time my nails will grow back better. I would buy this product again one thing you should take with food.

It helps with digestion, id recommend buying again

I really recommend these supplements of dr Berg I used to buy them at Walmart for years taking them and nothing I had a problem with my taste buds and smell lost them after having a really bad flu but I heard a video of zinc and started taking them after a month I could smell and taste I was so happy I give the glory to God first and dr berg zinc and now taking like 6 different kinds C, D3, K2, kelp, magnesium S,B12,Liver cleanse. The only thing is that they are expensive but I do recommend them.
