Remove all plastic handles and wait for 1 hour to see if it works first time
It is cute but the surprise reveal didn`t work for us. Only when pushing with the bottle and this kind of average experience.

Very cute and sturdy toy and you can make the babies "appear" over and over. Not too big and perfect to carry around in the little cage with a handle.
