I love these, they don’t upset my stomach, have a bad smell and they are small in size. I didn’t notice a difference overall in my mood but I’m told I need the iron so I have been taking them.

These iron capsules are great. They do not hurt my stomach. I can take them on an empty stomach. They work great. The quality of these iron capsules are great. I have no digestion issues with them. I really like this brand of vitamins and supplements.

It doesn’t smell or taste like anything, which is great for those with iron deficiency anemia. I was skeptical on taking iron pills because most people say it smells and tastes bad, but that’s iron sulfate. Iron glycinate/aspartate is better on the stomach AND absorbs better. The only trade off is it’s a little more expensive.

The safety seal was not installed from the factory. The first thing everyone should check is that the safety seal is not compromised. Otherwise, this is a very good product.
