I have the eufy 10x omni and iโve been using this as recommended by eufy. So far i have no complaints, i like that it safe to use around pets, and i noticed that my floor are clean and shiny after using it. As for the scent, it smells nice in the bottle but there is almost no smell when the robot starts mopping. I am giving it 4 starrs because it doesnโt stay in stock for long so if u run out of this stuff good luck finding it again

Eufy issues
I was initially very pleased with this floor cleanerโit performed well and met expectations during the first three months of use. Unfortunately, it then stopped charging entirely. I returned the unit to the manufacturer for inspection and repair, but it has now been over two months without a resolution. Communication has been minimal, and Iโve received very little information or updates regarding the status of my product. While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of timely support and clear communication has been disappointing. Based on this experience, Iโm unlikely to purchase another product from this company in the future. I hope they can improve both the reliability of their products and their after-sales service.

This cleaner is super effective for removing difficult stains on any surface without leaving sticky residue. I love that the aroma is soft and fresh, in addition to being totally safe to use at home with children and pets.

People are moaning about the price but you only need to add 1 cap (10ml) to 2l of water. The bottles are good for 3 years so I'm not concerned about it going bad before I get a chance to use it all. The product doesn't leave a sticky residue and floors definitely feeler cleaner. I've not noticed any fragrance from the product which is honestly better than an overpowering aroma. You are definitely getting your moneys worth with this cleaning solution

Has a nice, light smell when added to the Eufy C20 water. Smell is short-lasting and very subtle, so no irritation to the animals in the house. Easy to use, a small amount is recommended, and I find it works well. Very good value for long-lasting use. 1 cap/water refill, and the water is much nastier than it was when using just water. Very pleased with this purchase.
