I’ve been using this security camera for several weeks, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve owned. The human tracking is incredibly precise—it automatically follows people while ignoring animals and background motion, which cuts down on false alerts. The night vision is top-tier. Even in total darkness, the footage is crisp and detailed enough to clearly identify faces, clothing, vehicles, and even license plates. That level of clarity adds a lot of peace of mind. One of the biggest highlights is the easy playback system. Whether I want to manually search by date and time or just jump to daily human detection alerts, finding specific events is fast and frustration-free. The interface is intuitive, and you’re never stuck scrubbing through endless footage. There are also many configurable settings, which let you customize everything from motion sensitivity to alert schedules. I especially love the option to share the live view—either indefinitely or for a set period of time—which is perfect when you want to temporarily give access to family, friends, or neighbors. The video quality is so sharp and detailed that I can pinch to zoom on the live or recorded footage and still see everything clearly—no pixelation or fuzziness, even when zoomed in. In short its like it has a mind of its own and is very difficult to deal with if not impossible. Things started out ok but as settings were changed (and saved) they either did the opposite or nothing actually changed. My customers texted me saying its "yelling at us rudely" when they got home so I just found very volume slider I could find in the settings and slid them down to 0/Zero volume and yet the rude yelling continued. I even changed the "greeting" to "welcome to the XXX's home" in the female voice, previewed and saved and yet it reverted back to the default rude guy.. After awhile it just decided to do whatever it wanted no matter what us humans wanted. Got to the point we just unplugged it and are sending it back and good riddens.. Also they reported the light was not nearly as bright as they hoped. About the only thing it did well that I noticed was track people well.
