They’ve held up extremely well to heavy usage and abuse, making them a must-have for any home or commercial gym. I use them for more than just slams, especially for ab exercises. This slam-ball is quite durable and well-made. I've been using it for some time and it has held up very well; no undue wear or tear. The exterior texture always provides a solid grip, even at your sweatiest (which I tend to be....). Home gym / workout devotees, buy with confidence.

Good for workouts.
It's durable and weighs 40 pounds. I'm not thrilled of the raised pattern on the ball as it can be uncomfortable at times but those raised panels do provide extra grip. So it's a bit of a trade off

Not much to say other than this slam ball has a texture that feels good and is easy to hold. As you'd expect, this ball does not bounce so if you are expecting some bounce, you don't want a slam ball. If you want a slam ball, this one is great!

This was a great gift for my husband that loves working out. The size is comfortable, the material is thick, it doesn't make any noise when using it. It seems very durable and hasn't leaked at all.
