For us, this product provides immediate relief from muscle spasms. The sublingual tabs work beautifully, and dissolve within a few minutes. Awesome product. We'll be purchasing this again. The company used to offer this in a greater quantity, but at least the quality hasn't changed.

These were recommended to me for Migraines. I personally do not suffer, but my boyfriend did. He could not believe that it not only took a few minutes, but that he no longer suffers from headaches. This stuff is amazing! I use it for muscle cramps. No lie, when I’m in the middle of a cramp, if I take one of these the cramp goes away within 30 seconds. I swear by it! It doesn’t NOT taste like salt, it really has no taste, and it dissolves in your mouth immediately. I will absolutely be buying this again!

I have tried many other magnesium supplements for tight muscles and love this one. It is fast acting, helps with muscle spasms and works better than magnesium glycinate for me. I also love how it absorbs under the tongue. I have also given this to my teenager and he finds it works well.

I was pleased to find this product since it is something I used to use daily. I am now taking it again for leg cramps and find that it is helpfu.
