Smaller than I thought
We haven’t used it yet, but it’s smaller than we thought. May work for a rack of ribs but probably not a pork butt.

Must for Brisket
Husband has been making brisket and was using old shirts and towels to wrap the meat. Finally discovered this meat blanket! Exactly what he needed.

I tried this bbq holding bag on a whim to see if I wanted to get a larger one, and it does the job. The 18 inch model is big enough for a medium sized brisket and it holds the temp very well. Very light weight and easy to clean. If you are looking for a good entry level bbq holding bag, this should be on your list.
