OHO Ultra-Thin Lightweight Sports Camera Sunglasses, 24MP Camera, 1080P Video, Record-While-Charging, Water Resistant UV400

I don't usually get too excited about "gadgets" but I just have to tell people how brilliant these glasses are. I've got nuisance neighbours and I needed some vid glasses in case they started threatening me again (which they did). I bought two other brands previously. One of them had really shaky video and the other was so confusing I never knew whether it was recording or not.So I thought I'd try one more time with a pair of these blue 128Gig glasses and I am amazed. Here's why:1. Most important, video quality is just beautiful, and at almost 4k res if you set the option in the config file included on the flash drive. Way better than HD. It's 2770 by 1620 or something similar. Nice contrast, nice rich colours.2. Good sound. Although the sound is not as spectacular as the video it's very good, no hiss, picks up voices well.3. Good storage. I read one review where someone said they only got 32Gb storage having paid for 128Gb. This would be a big downer but I am happy to say I have the full 128Gb on mine.4. Quality feel. The two other brands I bought were both a bit flimsy although to be fair they were a lot cheaper than these. But these OHO glasses are nice and sturdy, with nice tight hinges, decent lenses and even a little rubbery protective flap over the USB slot.5. Camera not conspicuous. This is VERY important. I'm sure some people will be getting these glasses for the same reason as me, to record unpleasant behaviour. If so the last thing you want is for the camera lens to be too obvious. In this case the lens is inset into the upper frame and is only visible if you're looking for it. Well done to OHO for getting this very important detail right.So, well done to OHO for producing these. I'm very happy, as I think you can see!

My go to sports and mountain bike filming glasses, taken on holidays and many tours up mountains and at sea. They record in 1080p 30 fps max have 125 gb of memory you’ll almost never run out of room, and when you do you can transfer to pc or view them via the cable on your tv.Sadly mine got REALLY wet at an elephant sanctuary and stopped working for a week but they came back to life after putting in a dry rice bowl and worked fine for years after that. If they can handle getting sprayed by an elephant they’ll handle anythingEventually the battery will wear out if you don’t charge it to max every time that’s the only reason I got new ones as the maximum record time went from 1hr 10 mins to about 25 mins before the battery wore out, in about 3 years, this may be because of water damage or just over use, as these bad boys went with me everywhere. I would 100% recommend if you don’t want the bells and whistles of new ai glasses and just want a handy affordable video function sunglasses for sport and nature filming and photos these are probably your best bet

I raved about these when they arrived. Cool looking sunnies with a discreet lens and excellent sound and video quality recording, integrated memory so no fiddling with micro SDs. However, on just their second use I attempted to extract 6 separate videos I had recorded and the three critical ones I needed were corrupted. Tested again and each subsequent video corrupted. Confidence in these has dropped to zero. Useful now only as badass looking sunnies, but a reminder of how much they have let me down and I can't rely on them in the future means they are also now literally binned. Shame.

Much better than I expected, quality is very good, the controls are simple to use and the video quality is a lot better that you would expect from such a little camera,I use these on stage behind my drum kit for a drummers eye view, and the sound quality is pretty good too... Very happy with them so far.

These glasses work very well, as both high quality sun protection glasses and as a video recording device.The quality of the video recordings is better than expected, I was particularly impressed with the high definition. I thought that the definition would be 1080 but you are able to increase this to over 1600, just by changing the setting through your PC.They also look quite cool too.The battery lasts for about an hour on one charge full charge, if you need longer you can connect them to a mobile storage device, this extends the run time considerably. The glasses also take good still shots, should you need them.

Everything was in the box that should be there. A nice hard case, cleaning cloth, soft bag, USB lead, instructions. The instruction booklet is better than a lot you get these days but has a few problems.Firstly, the print is very small. (Not unusual these days)It's not at all clear how the power/record button is supposed to work.It says one press to start recording. One press to stop recording. One press to take a photo.Can one not just take a photo without recording a video first?How do you switch it off? (No instructions for that - I guess it switches itself off after a set time.)Changing the settings is fiddly if you want to change the video or photo resolution or other items. You have to carefully edit a text file in the root directory of the glasses' internal memory.One final thing. All the documentation here on line and in the user guide says that the recorded videos are in MOV format. They are not On the product I received, at least, they are recorded in MP4 format. (Which I prefer, actually :) Photos are saved as JPG.So overall, a nice product with just a few small, acceptable faults.Edit: Further points after a week of use.1. The user guide is actually totally useless. The instructions for switching on and off, and recording videos as well as taking photos, are totally misleading. There is a single button that does all of this.The instructions for this are incorrect. maybe the user guide is an out-of-date version or the device has had an upgrade? who knows.The glasses vibrate to acknowledge the operation you perform. Again the user guide is wrong.2. Poor audio recording.You will hear your own (the wearer's) voice quite clearly, but anyone not right next to you will not be heard very clearly. Far too quiet.3. Picture and video quality: Only average.4. Absolutely no response from the manufacturer to my emails requesting clarification on how to operate the product.Removed one star from my original rating.They still look good and are well made.They do the job but you will first need to sort out the operation using the single button.

This is an excellent product, it meets all my requirements. It is great to take videos and photos when you visit new places and want to keep and share your memories about your holidays. Technically speaking, I have not find something that I dislike so far. It is very simple to use, the 1080P quality is great both indoors and outdoors. In the beginning I had a connection issue but following an enquiry to the support team I had my issue resolved in no time. Excellent support Irene! Thank you! Overall, I strongly recommending it.

The video quality is very good but I noticed after a while the audio wasn't being recorded 90% of the time. Sometimes the microphone would randomly start working again. It's a shame as they have basically become unusable for their purpose without the audio

Had some issues with the pair at first, but customer service was great and made it all work by sending another one !You do have to activate the sound recording in the files of the glasses with your computer first or else you won't have any sound ! Videos look great and it's easy to use. Just make sure not to move to fast when recording or the recording might give you motion sickness by watching it haha.

Ich habe meine Kamerabrille nun nach kurzer Lieferzeit erhalten und bin rundum zufrieden. Es ist zwar mein erster Kauf in dieser Richtung, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ein weiterer notwendig wird. Man bekommt eine wirklich stylische Brille, mit welcher man nebenbei bemerkt auch hervorragend sehen kann, aber viel wichtiger sogar Videos mit einer Auflösung von bis zu 1620P30 fahren kann. Das ist um einiges mehr als die üblichen 1080P30 und liefert hervorragende Videos und auch Bilder mit 24M. Sehr gut finde ich persönlich auch die Art und Weise der Konfiguration über einen Config File, womit sich die Brille sehr schnell und zuverlässig steuern lässt. Zum Thema Haltbarkeit kann ich jetzt noch nichts sagen, aber sie wirkt insgesamt sehr wertig und ist auch von der Haptik her sehr schön anzufassen, daher gehe ich auch von einer gewissen Haltbarkeit aus.Bei diesem Preis- / Leistungs-Verhältnis kann ich die Brille auf jeden Fall nur weiter empfehlen.
