Unser alter Le Cruiset Schneider ist nach 10 Jahren etwas stumpf geworden, der war komplett aus Metall. Bei dem hier ist, bis auf Schneidflächen, alles aus Plastik, obwohl Metall in den Eigenschaften genannt wird. Dafür ist er deutlich zu teuer, schneidet aber gut
