Heavenly. I grew up in Australia. Australians have Lamingtons. These are small square cakes covered in chocolate with a layer of coconut on the outside. The best Lamingtons were coated in sweetened stranded coconut. This one is not stranded but it is moist and sweetened. The very best I have had on this side of the planet. It is so good the first packet went without even making Lamingtons...... Any sweet or desert that has coconut can only be improved by this moist yummy stuff.

I love Baker’s coconut. It’s the best.. I am a coconut person and I’ve already used it on a cake. As far as I’m concerned, you can’t beat the product. It’s just simply wonderful and delicious. I highly recommend recommended..
