Great replacement
Waited years for this. Replacement head was over $200. All I needed was a replacement connector as both wheels stripped their screw sockets. Worked perfectly. Beware. It is not a 5 minute fix though.

Tough screws
Video was fairly detailed and extremely helpful. 2 - 3 steps were challenging and I was very concerned that I might break a piece while taking it apart. Screws that came with the wheels were the hardest to screw back together. Never did get them all the way in before the Phillips started to strip. Used pliers to get them as far as I did. Should have started with pliers and finished with screw driver. Should have been smaller diameter. Wheels wobble because the screws did not fully seat. Tools provided were a must. Bought SS #4x1/2 round head screws and they went in easy. Does not slide as smooth as my wife would like!

Difficult but doable to install.
Product is great. Installation is a bear. It's not the product's fault, it's just the way Dyson designed it. If you follow the video step by step, I got it installed right the first time in about 20 min.

Waste of time/money
None of the screw holes line up and it is too small to fit the original parts. Please buy genuine dyson parts if you want it to fit and work. This is a cheap knockoff-you get what you pay for.
