Love this! I finally kicked my old metal filing cabinet to the curb — that giant, clunky beast that weighed as much as a small car and sounded like a prison door every time I opened it. Good riddance. Now I’ve got this cute little file organizer box that actually fits in my house without looking like I stole office furniture from 1997. I mostly scan everything and keep it backed up online like a responsible adult, but some paperwork refuses to join the digital age. For that stubborn stack, this box is perfect. It’s sturdy, it looks nice, it collapses when I don’t need it, and I can put it in the closet or on a shelf without it screaming “I AM A TAX DOCUMENT STORAGE UNIT.” The plastic slide keeps the folders in place like a tiny bouncer saying, “Not today, chaos.” Honestly? I love it. It’s the most organized I’ve felt in years, and I didn’t even have to throw out my back moving a metal cabinet.

I got the Spring Stroll pattern and I love it! Matches the orange hanging file folders I got at Ikea. Nothing like a colorful & cheerful looking file box to make tedious work fun. It comes with a sturdy black slider to insert at the bottom for stability. Sturdy and roomy enough for the Nokbox system. Great item especially when it was a few bucks cheaper on Amazon prime day. UPDATE: I still like this a lot for the appearance but if you're using it for hanging folders, the box isn't rigid enough for the hangers to stay in place all the time. Every time I open the box a few more hangers have fallen off the sides and I have to keep reattaching them. It's still usable, and sturdy enough, but if the box were a little more rigid and maybe a centimeter or two narrower, the rims of the hanging files would stay in place better. If you're using it for a lot of folders, like with the Nokbox system, you'll probably find these frustrating to use regularly. I haven't had any problem with the top of the box fitting on it.

This is a great file bin, it's simple, stores my papers, and I have no issues with it. Unfortunately though, somehow I lost one of the plastic slider things that helps the file folders slide across the bin. I messaged Baleine asking if I could get a replacement and they sent me a whole new bin for free!!
