Just use these pans to do my holiday cooking yesterday and I absolutely love them! Will send my daughter the link so she can purchase them as well

The pans must be properly seasoned prior to first use. Instructions are not included, so you have to do an internet search. Be careful not to get oil on the enamel, but if you do, you can clean it AFTER you're done seasoning the pans and they've cooked completely. Make a paste with baking soda and a tiny bit of water, apply paste to burned oil. Lay a paper towel over the enamel and spray it with cleaning vinegar. Let it work for 60 minutes, them rub the burned oil off with a paper towel.

We bought a new house. I just loved the idea of having a red kitchen. I bought these to include. Very heavy.

On the thin side so they heat up super fast so be prepared to use a lower heat then usual to avoid burning. Also make sure if tossing in the oven for any reason (seasoning, browning the top of something, etc) keep the temperature is under 450F. Otherwise the enamel coating is still in perfect shape even after six months of use, it doesn’t scratch my glass top and still gives me the ability to add iron to my diet without digging out my extremely heavy Le Creuset each time. I do recommend for those who need a lighter Pan but wants the benefits of cast iron. No matter what this is cast iron you to completely dry it each time and on occasion add a new layer of seasoning (aka high temperature oil and bake it in.) to avoid rusting and to keep it non-stick. This is not an optional task no matter how expensive the cast iron you buy.
