Start gentle but you'll soon be on max
I was dubious at first but after the first try I'm hooked. So much better than expensive chemical sprays and steroid based prescriptions. Money well spent and easy to use. Has meant i no longer react to my cat or parrot. Whilst reasonably effective for colonic and genital cleansing be careful to wash thoroughly and dont lose the silicon heads, I'm still missing one of the blue ones. A pleasure to use.

Very happy with the quality and look of the Product. The packaging was also very good. The head selections could have included a Spray head for more effective area coverage.

Spares not available for these!
Please note, you cannot buy spare parts for these. They cannot supply replacement irrigation tips (heads) for these. I thought they would be readily available like electric tooth brush heads. I contacted the seller and they told me the manufacturer will not supply spares. Hence only option was to buy another complete unit, which I am not prepared to do. They also told me other suppliers of similar units do not supply spares! So I’m going back to the good old squeezy bottle!

Worth the purchase
Easy to use and so far effective, worth buying this than waiting for an NHS appointment to do the same thing.

Exelent product easy to use very happy with it . Worth five stars.

Take some getting used to but good.
Not as effective IMHO as NeilMed but so far much more reliable. They hold a bit more water as well and as to value for money, if they don’t need replacing every 4 months they’ll be good. The jet doesn’t seem as easily directable but maybe that’s just me.
