I have this on a subscription, helps with my milk supply! I take 3 in the morning and 3 at night and it helps so much. I can tell when I forget to that it at night because I can go all night and not feel like I’m going to explode but when I do take it. I have to pump in the middle of the night. I’m trying to build a stash so I love it. They are a little chalky but it doesn’t bother me. The size is normal wash to swollen. Taste plain! Very effective!

It did work for me for the first 4 months. I was desperate looking for supplements that boost my milk production and this one helped me for a while then suddenly my milk production dropped and I stop taking them. You will notice the difference as soon as you start taking them and for me the price is good compared to other products… I would say “try it”

Can't find a whole food. Bourgeist easily anymore and this brand seems to be a good quality and I like that I can get it on Amazon

Definitely increased my milk supply, but made one of my twins terribly fussy. However, one twin seemed unaffected. I also took the rather large dose recommended on the bottle of 3 pills 3x a day, so maybe I took too much. However, after a night of pretty much no sleep, I'm afraid to use it at all. My twins were only a couple weeks old, too. I've learned that sometimes the fussiness isn't as severe on older babies.

Good quality supplement. Did not upset my stomach ever.

Yo quería polvo. Pastillas no son efectivos. Por ejemplo, tres pastillas (1950 mg) que es la porción recomendado, solo llevan .1 mg de vitamina b1 y b2, .7 mg de b3, etc. No tienen casi nada de nutrients. O puedes tomar la botella completa... :P
