Good battery for emergency and daily use
Excellent battery I use it with a converter and it has worked perfectly for cases of blackouts, charging cell phones. It's easy to connect, very useful practice. I totally recommend it.

Well made batteries at a good price
Good batteries at a good price. One came DOA, and after I got a replacement for it, I finished cracking it open to see if it could be repaired in some way. (Do not do this unless you know exactly what you're doing as it is incredibly dangerous) While what the shipper did to it had unfortunately rendered it unsalvageable, I was surprised by just how well these are made. Ring terminals and screws rather than the poorly soldered connections common on 'budget' batteries, lots of foam padding that is properly glued on, and there was liberal use of some kind of rubber or silicone adhesive on anything that could come loose. I'm pretty sure it had to have fallen out of a moving truck for it to come DOA. As for the functional ones, I've cycled them a few times and even under a decent load they always pull at least rated capacity. But, that is to be expected considering that they're actually 314Ah cells under the hood. Whether that's what Dumfume intended, or if that's just what they got their hands on at the time, I don't know and I'm definitely not about to complain about it. The only issue I have with these is the odd size, and I knew that could be an issue going into it. The only battery box I've found that will fit these without being ludicrously large is a double GC2/Group 24 box, which is still a good bit too long for them. You'll have to do something custom if you want them fully enclosed. All in all though, I would not hesitate to buy more of these or another Dumfume battery. Like I said at the beginning, they are good batteries at a good price.

Great item to have on hand
I live in an area where we loose power for hours at a time several days each year. I use this with a 1500watt pure sine wave inverter to power my satellite receiver and various other things , I have more than one, and it is working well. Nice to not worry about the battery acid and the weight is much more manageable.

Outstanding deal for the price
I installed a 100AH lifepo4 battery in my tear drop trailer in 2020. It was a great upgrade from the original lead acid battery. I supplemented my camping with a 200 watt solar panel to keep my 100AH lifepo4 battery fully charged. The battery powered lights, a propane detector, 12v fridge, 43 inch TV, stereo, and a propane heater. With my solar panel, I could camp without hookups indefinitely. However, if I didn't use solar to charge the battery, I wouldn't be able to last more that two nights without beginning to feel nervous. Plus, I was always looking for campsites that had some sun. In the mountains, I was constantly moving my solar panel around to get to the sun. Sometimes it would get old really quick. I began thinking about a larger lifepo4 battery last year, but the prices were still quite high and their sizes were not small enough to fit in my tight space. Then manufacturers began releasing lifepo4 batteries in much smaller sizes. I learned about this Dumfume 300AH battery from a youtuber who gave it high marks. I decided to look on Amazon for the current price and was shocked to see that it was only $305 for a limited time. It was too good to pass up. Plus, the size wasn't much bigger than my original 100AH lifepo4 battery, but twice the weight, which is understandable. It was delivered within a few days and was well-packaged with no damage to the box. I comes with handles, which makes it much easier to move around. I removed the old battery and installed the Dumfume battery with space to spare. It took quite a while to charge it to full capacity, which was expected since it is 3x the capacity. I've been very impressed with it so far. It will allow me to camp for two or three nights (or more if I'm conservative with my power) without having to pull out my solar panels. I can now just enjoy camping without chasing the sun. I can then charge it back up at home with my solar panels. Obviously, I don't really NEED 300AH for my little tear drop, but having the extra available capacity allows me to enjoy my camping trips without stressing out about power consumption. This is a five-star battery, but I'm rating it at four stars for now until I use it a bit. If it holds up, which I expect it will, I will update my review. Lifepo4 battery chemistry is changing the camping experience. I learned this first-hand in 2020. Now, I've increased my capacity three-fold and couldn't be happier.

*UPDATE* Be careful no returns = no recourse for defective items
The battery is advertised at 48v 100 ah. When received, I charged at a constant current, constant voltage, with a desktop power supply set to 58.4v and 5.0 amps until the BMS shut down the charge at 55.2v. I then discharged at a constant current of 2.75 amps DC (well within tolerance). The batterys BMS shutdown the discharge at 52.5v well before the max discharge of 40 v and only allowed discharge of 78 ah total. A second test was run yeilding almost exact result. The vendors replys were all met with exact answers and additional testing but all they claimed was that was acceptable due to line loss and inefficiency. 22 Ah losses are not negligible, and i did not utilize any dc to ac conversion or high discharge rates, nor did i have large line losses though 12 in of wire at 2.75 amps, and i feel their is something discrepant, or the battery was mis-represented in the ad. Beware no returns are accepted sobif you get a bad one you are out 600+ dollars without any recourse. UPDATE The seller eventually sent a return shipping lable to correct this issue. Prior to returning, i decided to cycle the battery fully a few more times, and low and behold, the bms began to function properly. I am now getting the advertised output, (actually better 106ah). Needless to say if it keeps functioning as advertised this is an excellent value.

Customer Service
The first battery arrived and it was faulty. After a couple of chats on Amazon with Dumfume, they agreed it was defective and replaced the battery right away. Since this one was out of stock, they upgraded me to the next at no additional cost. The new battery works great!

Nice batteries
Very easy to install and lighter than I anticipated. Batteries have changed up easily but make sure your RV converter is compatible.
