I can't believe how well these work! I'm down to 125 lb doing exercise and taking these capsules; I did cut down to one a day because of belly ache, but other than that, I'm very pleased with my regularity and my weight loss, and I feel that these are help ing. They are small enough to be easily taken with water, ease of use there then. They actually do taste faintly of horseradish, but generally just taste like a typical capsule, so kind of papery and no big issue. I guess maybe pain relief is there, other than that, I think they're just relaxing me keep me regular, which would in turn alleviate any pain from feeling full.

I'm glad I got these. They seemed to work well for my appetite, energy and digestion. It is almost a month since I started using them and noticed immediate effect on my body.

Okay product. I don't notice a difference.

I’ve been taking these for about six months and believe they have increased energy and gut health. I’m not sure about glucose regulation, as I have been working out on a regular basis and glucose levels have improved, but that could be due to working out. Either way, I would recommend this.

The only difference I see is that I have cramps and diarrhea. I am very disappointed. An unwanted and expensive laxative.
