These herbs work amazing for allergy symptom prevention!
This herb blend really works well for my outdoor allergies! I take it as a kind of preventative to avoid taking allergy medication as much as possible. My allergies are much more mild when I’m consistently taking this supplement. I only take half the recommended dosage daily and it still seems to help minimize my symptoms. I do take it everyday during allergy season, not just when I have allergy symptoms.

Outstanding Ingredients and Quality Control 💚
Powerhouses include: Quercetin Nettle Bromelain It’s difficult to explain why HistaBlock has been such a key component to my health without sounding like I’m giving medical advice. But in my experience, HistaBlock has helped reduce my inflammation and allergy symptoms. Symptoms from sinus congestion to wheezing. From regular discomfort to much more serious. Regular H1 and H2 OTC antihistamines are very drying to those of us with certain autoimmune conditions. This supplement works differently (from what I recall) by helping the body not overreact to the histamine and by mucous lubrication, moving the histamine out through normal functions. Natures Sunshine is a company known for research, for thoroughly investigating the growing conditions, harvesting, procurement and transportation of each and every ingredient. And measuring consistency of each batch. I’m not with the company, but over the years have attended several free educational seminars, taught by some Medical Doctors (internists, neurologists, cardiologists), Naturopathic Doctors (who treat world-class athletes), and one of their chemists. My family has used their products since 1980. My medical doctors know which minerals, herbs, vitamins I use and approve. Only caveat is I was told not to switch brands, as my doctors read and agreed to the specific supplements. Now my immunologist is taking Quercetin, too! Some parts of the world have used the components for thousands of years. If you aren’t familiar with the ingredients, they are well-studied and if you have life-threatening (or just annoying) allergies, you should consider reading some of the research done on nettle, quercetin, orange bitter and/or bromelain. If you have question on possible allergens with this product, I’ve called them before, it was easy process to confirm that it was safe for me. (Potato starch and wheat are often in capsules- which I must avoid.) Thanks for reading this novel. I hope it is helpful, and that you find what works best for you.

Worked well
I take many different things for histamine. This worked to help keep the stuffy head / runny nose away in the morning. It did not cause any stomach problems.
