Comfort and Function to the Max
The features this mouse offers for the price point are just insane. I've only had it about a week so I can't speak to longevity, but I'm loving it so far. USB dongle or Bluetooth connectivity is a very nice thing to have. It requires no software to bind any button (except left and right click buttons) to any of the predefined options, of which there are very many. For those wondering, yes, you can charge it and use it at the same time if it were to die on you. The vertical orientation was odd at first, but now other mice feel uncomfortable by comparison. The additional buttons behind the left and right click can be actuated via your index and middle finger knuckles, and are VERY useful for my purposes. This makes an excellent CAD mouse in my opinion, which is what I'm using it for in my schooling. TL;DR, best 30 bucks I've ever spent on a mouse. If you like vertical mice with lots of button functionality, get one yesterday

Game-Changer for Wrist Pain — More convenience for Windows/Mac shortcuts too!
I was skeptical about vertical mice, but this Ergodriven Om Handshake Vertical Mouse has completely changed my daily computer user experience. Durable Cable: The cable is incredibly sturdy, feeling like a thick jumprope. This gives me confidence that it won't bend or break easily. The length is perfect to use while charging. (unlike the Apple Mouse where you have to stop use during charging) Perfect Fit: This mouse is the perfect size for my hand, offering much better comfort than the other two vertical mice I've tried. (I have smaller size hands) Easy Customization: There are 4 customizable buttons, and the included card in the box provides a QR code for a quick how-to video. This made setting it up for my Mac a breeze. It has the standard left/right clicks plus scroll wheel, then a button you can press with your thumb (I kept it as mute). Then, two buttons on top you can press with your thumb (Ive kept those as undo and Mission Control (This is usually only possible on Apple mice folks, this is amazing!). Then, there are two more buttons below the left/right/scroll wheel (Ive kept these as copy and paste). Seriously the best kept secret in vertical mice! Smooth Movement & Pain Relief: The movement is incredibly smooth especially as I have to travel my mouse across multiple screens and I've already noticed a significant reduction in wrist strain and pain. (I've had this for a week now.) Digital Display Screen: Yes! Not only does it tell you what DPI you've selected, but this screen tells you how much battery your mouse has, THANK YOU for this. Game Changer. (I get so heartbroken when suddenly my apple mouse tells me I am 2% in the middle of the day!) This is also the screen you use to set all your button customizations. I'm genuinely impressed. A standing foot mat company made this? - You guys should shout this from the rooftops! You could be saving people from years of wrist discomfort. Highly recommend!

Amazing mouse, useful buttons, smaller size caused me wrist pain unfortunately
ALMOST the perfect mouse for me. The big downside for me is it's size. The mouse itself is amazing, great connection, great battery life, the keybindings are easy to remap although I wish there was software to provide more easy customization. The amount of buttons provided allow a lot of functionality, and surprisingly enough I was actually using this for keybindings in video games instead of editing software or computer commands. As stated above I wish there were more built-in keybindings or perhaps software that would allow programs to recognize extra mouse buttons beyond 4 & 5. On to the size; I don't have particularly large hands, but I think if you intend to use a vertical mouse for long periods of time having a bigger mouse to grip helps the wrist. I have never experienced wrist pain with my larger vertical mouse but unfortunately I noticed wrist pain from prolonged use of this mouse, which I assume is due to it's smaller size and slightly different angle. Unfortunately due to this wrist pain I'll have to return the mouse, which I really wish I didn't have to do. Hopefully they release a larger model in the future, I'll be keeping an eye out. All that being said, Give it a try! This mouse is well worth the price, well made, feels good in the hand and provides a lot of useful buttons.
