My favorite of all time. It's like a friend! I love this lil clanker.

Purchased this for a camping trip and the trip git canceled so I didn't get to use it. 10 months later and I get to go camping and the hand crank doesn't work and the solar charger doest work. Been too long to return product. Great concept for sure. Needs to be built better. It does sound great its just useless as a camp radio since it doesn't recharge.

We have not been able to use it very much but Hurricane Micheal is heading our way and we found the weather channel very useful last night. I have plans to take it to the end of the driveway Halloween night and playing Halloween sounds off Amazon Music all night for the trick-or-treating. Also found it had a light last night. Very cool.

Doesn't charge . Called ION support and they could only send a different model replacement. Upcharge! So I asked about just sending a replacement battery(which is dead and the problem) , and they don't have any in stock or could even place one on back order. So either I return the item or go to batteries plus and purchase a replacement for about $30. humm what to do...

Great for out doors low volume

Great audio quality and volume. Solar charging comes in handy on those beach days. Just the right size to run around in those outdoor areas and great for a camping trip.

I just got it this morning. Wouldn't turn on. I plugged it in and it immediately showed a full battery, so I unplugged and tried it again. Nothing. I charged it for several hours, but still nothing. It only works WHILE it's plugged in. The sound quality is nothing like the Ion Party Boom, which is amazing. I figured it would be a lower quality since the picture showed that this is half (to possibly three-quarters) the size, but in reality, this thing is tiny. Length, width, and height are all just a little bigger than an average hand. The sound quality seems good enough for low volume music and audiobooks, but I bought this with the understanding that I wouldn't always need to be tied to a power outlet to use it.
