I’ve been using flambeau tackle boxes for years and i have to say, out of all their boxes I’ve owned, this is by far my favorite, their boxes in my opinion are much better than the similar plano boxes I’ve used in the past. This tackle box is perfect. If you have lots of gear and you need a big durable box to put it in, this is for you. At first i was hesitant about purchasing it because some people were saying that the plastic was weak and that the handle and pins break easily but when i took it out of the box I realized that i was wrong! I filled the box with all my gear and i lifted it up and the handle felt very durable, I opened it up and purposely bent the trays open to test out the durability and they didn’t break no matter how hard I pushed! I sat my 200 pound fat ass on the box full of gear and it didn’t break or even bend! The storage compartments are perfect and my lures fit great. The bottom of the box is perfect for powerbait, soft bait bags, and hooks. Another nice feature is the hook holding rack under the trays. The cupholders are perfect for having a beer while your fishing. I also like the brown and tan 2 tone color combo much better than the plano swamp green and white color combo. Overall this is the ultimate tackle box at a crazy low price of only $20. Amazing value. Once again, well done flambeau! 🎣

This is the absolute pimp daddy of tackle boxes. Its a 6 tray +1. You cant get more trays in a smaller size. Even a vintage tackle box doesn't match up to this majestic curved tray system. The tool holders on the side are amazing. You can actually leave the tools in the holders and close the box. Nothing beats the butterfly drip. I used a soft bag and 3700 plano boxes for years and I've found that plano boxes are the most inefficient use of space for most fishing lures, other than crank baits. I keep my weights, hooks, swivels, etc in the bags tehy came in and keep them stacked upright in the slots on the top shelf on the small side. They stick up a ton but the box has tons of clearance between the top of the lid and the top tray. I can fit all my hooks, weights, and other odds and ends from a 3700 plano case and fit them all in 5 slots on a tray when I keep them in bags. Storing sinker and hooks in big plano cases is an absolute waist of space. I emptied out six 3700 plano cases and 3 giant side pockets of my soft bag into this tackle box and I still have some room in it. I was blown away at the efficiency of space used and the easy of access. NOTE: I now fish on a on a pontoon. I used to fish on a boat. Pontoon makes it easier to use a box like this.

Bought two times and the inside 😞 they were broke I had one made good this brand a older version but smaller than this one but needed more room the plastic is cheap looks like a nice big fishing box but made cheap. I do not no about you I take fishing seriously and need some thing good reliable that you can put the shelves up and down that are all ready having trouble from the start. Will that is how a lot stuff is made today. My initial reaction was this is way too big, I'll never fill that up. It's almost the size of a portable toolbox. There is certainly enough space at the bottom for all the accessories I carry such as a scale,stringer,attractants,extra line,hooks,pliers,bags of varies baits, Ect.. What I'm really not crazy about is the size of lower tray. Don't get me wrong there's plenty of room up top for lures and hardware but when you open the trays all the way up the bottom tray which is Blue in color in the photos, it has eleven small compartments. They're not larger enough to store anything other terminal hardware swivels,hooks & maybe small weights. I find this tray almost useless because of how small the compartments are and the angle you have to have your hand or fingers to get into the compartment. This truly is a full size Six tray tackle box with a very small tray (The 7th) at the bottom for odds and ends. I would recommend buying this tackle box is you carry a lot of stuff like I do. It seems sturdy and reliable which I have enjoyed in the past from Flambeau.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this product other than this was one of my better purchases on Amazon in quite awhile.It’s pretty well ready to use right out of the box. You can add a few pieces of flat plastic to make the storage area a bit smaller if you want, and when you use this tackle box you will see how well it is made and how easy it is to use in fact I bought two of them because of how much storage they have and how well they are built. Definitely number one in my books !!

This was exactly what I was looking for. Works great, looks great. Plenty of space for me. It is actually quite bigger than the picture suggests. Absolutely incredible at any price point, but at this cost how could you not buy it?

I bought it as a birthday gift for a friend of mine (he "really" needed one. It was the exact same model as the one that he already owned. He was greatly appreciated by him and he immediately transferred all of the "good" stuff from one to the other and is using it every time that he goes fishing, which is a lot! Great buy! John

Watch out!! Can be expensive filling it up!! Lol. It is very spacious! Nice unit.

I bought this to hold my hobby kit. There is ample space and dividers to separate the bits and pieces. If you must go fishing, you would likely find this one of the better boxes available to you.
